Warrant program TO5/TO6
In accordance with the decision of the annual general meeting on May 19, 2022, there are two warrant programs, TO5 aimed at personnel and strategically important consultants and TO6 aimed at the board. The subscription price is SEK 36.70 per share in both programs, shares must be subscribed from June 2, 2025 through October 1, 2025.
TO5 was subscribed with 57,310 warrants.
TO6 was subscribed with 57 264 warrants.
If both programs are fully subscribed, a dilution of 1.32% is given and SEK 4.2 million is added to the company.
